If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. We recommend a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish to maintain colour and offer a protective barrier from everyday wear. For this shoe habbot recommends our colourless Saphir neutral shoe polish. Rubber soles can be easily refreshed. Remove light scuffs with a clean white pencil eraser. To thoroughly clean, remove excess dirt and then locally apply a sneaker cleaner or light kitchen detergent with a soft damp cloth. We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.
