If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

For fine kid leather, habbot recommends the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.
We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.
