When and where is the sale?
The in-store sale event will be on Saturday 15th March from 10am - 4pm AEDT. Studio store address is 98 Wellington St, Collingwood. Sale entry will be just around the corner in Robert Street.
What shoes are included in the sale?
A limited selection (approximately 450 pairs available) of habbot sample and seconds shoes will be available exclusively on the day. Styles will vary across all sizes and categories, including many never-before-seen designs & colourways.
Shoes may have small imperfections, and have been priced accordingly. Any imperfections are cosmetic in nature and won't affect the wearability or integrity of the shoe.
Will the sample shoes be available online?
No, this sale is only available in-store on Saturday 15th March.
Can I return or exchange sale items?
No. All sales are final - no returns or exchanges.
What payment methods will be available on the day?
We will accept cash or card payments on the day.
Can I come in before the sale to try on or preview the sale shoes?
No, because it’s a one-day event there will be no early access for try-ons or previews. The sale is first come, first served on the day.
How will the sale work?
Small groups will enter at a time, with 20-minute shopping windows.
This is not a warehouse sale - it’s a highly curated selection of samples & seconds, with very limited stock.
The studio store upstairs will also be open - try-ons available.
Do I need to register or book a time slot?
No, you don't need to book or register your attendance for this event.
However, for the habbot team to manage traffic flow and ensure all customers have a positive retail experience we recommend you RSVP HERE.
Will all shoe sizes be available?
Yes, all sizes will be available, but availability will vary by style. Some sizes are more limited than others. Each shoe is unique and may will not be available in multiple sizes.
Are the shoes new or worn?
All the shoes are brand new. They have minor imperfections or quirks meaning we can’t sell them for full price, and so have been priced accordingly. Some of the styles have been used as a one-off for a photo shoot.
How much are the shoes?
All sale shoes will be priced at $220 or under. There are approximately 450 pairs of shoes available, and these will be split into 3 pricing tiers.
Rough splits:
- 189 pairs at $220
- 146 pairs at $180
- 97 pairs at $90
Are there further discounts if I buy multiple pairs?
No, there are no additional discounts for purchasing multiple pairs.
Will the regular habbot Studio Store be open on sale day?
Yes, the upstairs habbot Studio Store will still be available for customers to purchase full price shoes on Saturday 15th March.
Customers can either visit the store after shopping the sample sale, or head straight upstairs from our Wellington Street entrance if you wish to bypass the sale.
How many people will be allowed in at a time?
A small group of people will be allowed in at a time, with a queue system in place. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to browse and shop comfortably. Entry will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis, with each group given a set amount of time to shop before the next group is allowed in.
Will staff be available to help with sizing?
Yes, our team will be available to assist with any questions about fit and sizing. Try-ons are welcome, but please note that each group will have a limited time to shop, so we recommend making quick decisions where possible.
Can I use any discount codes or special offers at the sale?
Unfortunately not. No VIP discounts, birthday codes, review discounts, welcome codes or any others will apply at this sale event.
Is parking available nearby?
We have no off-street parking. Street parking (free and metred) is available in Collingwood, albeit limited. We recommend catching public transport - we are walking distance from Smith Street and Victoria Street tramlines.
