Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is finished in a combination of embossed and patent leathers. To clean leather habbot sneakers, we recommend Saphir sneaker cleaning solution. Alternatively, the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner will revitalise dry and discoloured leather as well as gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.

We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.
