If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Washed goat leather creates a unique finish to each individual boot. This vintage-look leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. habbot recommends the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.
We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.

It is a stunning boot, the colour is like a rich copper carbonate and the quality is just fabulous. I love the boots and they’re very comfortable too because Habbot included a small insole that fits into the foot bed of the shoe with the purchase which adds some extra comfort. The colour reminds me of ancient Egyptian faience and I feel like I’m walking like an Egyptian Queen in them.
As soon as I saw these gorgeous bright red boots online, I had to go in and try them on in person. I've been searching for beautiful, high quality red leather ankle boots for ages and these are exactly what I needed. The little insoles that came with the boots were ideal, as the fit is a bit longer because of the pull-on style. The leather quality and shoe craftsmanship is fantastic. The colour is like that ultra-vibrant light red that you get sometimes in autumn leaves and they go so well with the cherry reds, russets, wine reds and burnt oranges in my wardrobe. But they go equally well with all the blue and purple hues for a bold note of contrast. Wonder Woman would be proud to wear these on her feet, I am sure! I get so many compliments when wearing either pair of my cello boots and they're very wearable for work and for out and about. Fit info: I have fairly wide feet and I like lots of toe room, so I made sure not to size too small and they're comfortable with a thin sock and the insert!
