The Story Behind the Sale
Each year, Annie travels to Italy and works closely with our family-owned factory to develop the limited edition range for our annual Warehouse Sale. She scours archival shelves for forgotten leathers, ends of run hides, discontinued finishes, or one-off textures that never made it to production.
Instead of letting these beautiful materials go to waste, she brings them to life in small, expressive runs of shoes that are only released once a year at our Warehouse Sale. Sometimes there's only four pairs of a colourway that exists - that’s it. These aren’t seasonal designs, they’re spontaneous and eclectic combinations that are shaped by what she finds. It could be bright yellow combined with sky blue, or a full metallic orange statement, all made using the same handcrafted techniques as our main collection. What results is something unexpected, exciting, and unlikely never be created again.
This year's sale starts on the 8th of October, at 1pm AEDT and runs until the 13th of October, at 1pm AEDT. If you're on our mailing list or in our SMS club, you'll have access to the sale a full 24 hours before the general public - meaning you can shop the sale from 1pm AEDT on the 7th of October.

When is the habbot annual Online Warehouse Sale on?
Sale prices will be available to the general public from 1pm Wednesday 8th October AEDT until 1pm Monday 13th October AEDT. Current collection prices will revert back up to their previous price after this date. (Email and SMS subscribers get 24 early access to start shopping the sale from 1pm Tuesday 7th October.)
What items are included in the sale?
All shoes on our website will be reduced, with prices up to 50% off. Discounts vary across the range.
How can I get early access to the sale?
Our Warehouse Sale officially starts at 1pm Wednesday 8th October, but we are offering 24 hours early access exclusively to our email and SMS subscribers, so make sure you sign up now to be first in line to shop sale prices from 1pm Tuesday 7th October.
Once we have your details we will send you an email and SMS as soon as prices drop with a link to the private early access sale page! If you've already saved your favourites in your cart in advance then click directly to your cart when the link comes through and you'll be able to checkout immediately.
Is the Warehouse Sale online only?
Yes, the sale is online only. Our Collingwood Studio Store will be closed from 7th-15th October (inclusive) and will reopen on Thursday 16th October at 10am. We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, plus free return postage for size exchange or full refund.
Where can I view the sale shoes?
You can view all shoes online right now via this preview page, so check out our website to decide which are your favourites and pick a pair that’s right for you.
The first hour of the sale is very busy and sizes in many styles are very limited so we recommend you add your picks to your cart in advance so that when the sale starts you only need to click through from your cart to the checkout to secure the pair you've had your eyes on. Please note that shoes in your cart are not reserved until you pass through the payment stage.
What are the Warehouse Sale limited edition shoes?
Every year we release a limited edition collection that's been specially created just for this sale event, all at sale prices. Included in this collection are unique and wonderful new styles, plus some bright new colourways of our best-selling styles that are perfect for summer.
Our Italian makers have stunning offcut and end of run pieces of leather from their archives, and from these we create small ‘never-seen-before’ runs of shoes - that will also likely never be seen again!
