This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left to visit your local Post Office.

This service can deliver to PO BOX or Street Address.


We offer a click-and-collect service from our Collingwood studio store located at 2 Robert street, Collingwood MELBOURNE Vic.  You may pull up to the right hand side of the street and ring the bell for fast collection.

Please change the shipping option at the checkout to CLICK-AND-COLLECT when you are processing your order. 

You will receive an email stating that 'your order is ready' when its time for you to collect and please note the returns period starts from this date (not the date you collect the shoes).


We use Australia Post Registered Post International service . This is a registered Air Mail service that cannot be tracked by the customer, however habbot can make inquiries directly to Australia Post on your behalf. (Please contact us at if your parcel does not arrive within 14 days and we will solve the problem for you.)

This is charged at a flat rate of $20.00 per parcel to New Zealand, and $35.00 to all other international destinations. (Up to a maximum of 3 pairs of shoes per parcel).

Estimated delivery times vary from 7-21 days depending on your location, and remote areas may take several days longer. We are finding the Covid19 disruptions are causing some further delays in some areas.

You may be liable for the destination country's duties and taxes if your order is being delivered to a non-Australian address. These amounts will vary depending on each country's customs regulations and will be advised to you directly from customs representative when the shipment arrives into the country. We are not able to provide estimates nor take responsibility for return shipping should you request it at this point. 



All items shipped are insured by habbot during the time that the order is in transit until it is delivered to the customer’s nominated delivery address.

In using habbot on-line store you accept that an order is considered delivered when it has been signed for at the delivery address. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by habbot to be authorised to do so.

All returns within Australia using the free eParcel Australia post service offered by habbot, will be insured by habbot during the time the goods are in transit until safely delivered to the habbot return address. (However, satisfactory packaging as per the returns and exchanges policy must be adhered to.)

The insurance of International customer returns falls under the customers responsibility when arranging secure postage and handling for returned items. Habbot recommends using a registered postal service as we do not accept liability for any returned items until they are safely received at our returns address.



Goods & Services Tax (GST) is calculated and included in all orders to Australian shipping destinations. All orders shipped internationally are exclusive of GST, which is removed at the checkout.

Please note that order pricing is exclusive of all international duties and taxes.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and are very difficult to ascertain due to the variety of materials and shoe types available. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

habbot is unable to refund or reimburse duties and taxes levied by the destination country for any purchases.



Your shoes will be delivered to you wrapped in black tissue inside premium black card boxes with subtle branding so they can be used for future storage purposes. Each shoe box also contains a black cotton shoe bag to protect the soft leathers from being bruised or scratched whilst traveling.

Shoes and Boots will be packaged in padded satchels to protect against damage during transit."



Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive email notification.

Australian orders will receive an email containing an Australia Post 'AP article ID'. This can be used to track orders at by keying the 16 character ‘AP article ID’ into the blank field, and clicking submit to view the transport events.

Tracking is not available for International orders using Australia Post's 'Registered Post International' service. However we are able to lodge an inquiry on your behalf if your parcel has not arrived within the 14 day estimate. Contact us at if you require this service."
