If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Vitello calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. We recommend a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish to maintain colour and offer a protective barrier from everyday wear. For this shoe habbot recommends our colour matched Saphir Dark Brown shoe polish. The elasticated leg shaft requires no maintenance.
