If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a combination of patent leather with 'reptile' embossed calf leather detailing. Our patent leathers can be revived by applying our Saphir Black Patent Conditioner to shine, recolour and protect against cracking over time. To care for embossed leather, habbot recommends the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry and discoloured leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.
