If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from a combination of Italian calf leather with metallic leather detailing and a patent leather covered heel. Protect metallics and calf leather from water and stains by spraying with Universal water & stain protector. Clean and nourish delicate leathers including metallics using Saphir delicate leather cream. Do not vigorously rub or buff metallic leathers to clean. Avoid spraying patent leather. Patent leather heels can easily be revived by applying our Saphir Neutral Patent Conditioner to both shine and protect against cracking over time.
