Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from a combination of embossed calf leather and suede. This finish does benefit from the application of a protective spray such as our Saphir Water Protector Spray which will clean, nourish and protect from weather damage.
Scuffs on calf leather panels can be cleaned with a clean white eraser. Alternatively, leather panels can be cleaned with Saphir sneaker cleaning solution.
