If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a combination of bonded glitter with textile piped edge detailing.
Do not vigorously rub or buff glitter finishes. Bonded glitter will greatly soften over time. If initially stiff, consider using Saphir leather stretch spray to assist you in softening and stretching tight areas. Any habbot shoe that includes a glitter finish can be lightly sprayed using Saphir Combination Leather Spray. Use lightly to avoid dulling.
Our choice of premium glitter substraight does not shed over time though a small amount of loose excess glitter may be noticeable over the first few wears.
