If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from a combination of premium cowhide and calf leather. This finish does benefit from the application of a protective spray such as our Saphir Combination Leather Spray which will clean, nourish and protect from weather damage. Known as a 'pony' finish, cowhide can be 'groomed' to remove the buildup of dust by gently brushing the shoe with a small Suede Crepe Brush.
To remove more stubborn marks or dirt, you can gently wipe in the direction of the hair growth with a lightly dampened cloth. Be sure not to saturate the shoe with water.
