If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from 100% Italian metallic foil leather. Protect metallics and other delicate leather finishes from water and stains by spraying with Universal water & stain protector. Metallic leathers can be cleaned and nourished using Saphir delicate cream. On silver and argento metallics, the look of small scuffs or scratches can be minimised using Metallic leather paint in aluminium silver. Do not vigorously rub or buff metallic leathers to clean.
