A bit of a saga!
I must start by saying I cannot fault my interactions with the people at Habbot. However!! I am a European Size 40 but Habbot shoes, being handmade, do not conform to tight sizing guides. So the 40 was too big. Living many kilometres away from the shop I was advised to buy a second pair, Size 39, and do a comparison. Having $1000 worth of shoes in my home, neither of which may work, made me very nervous. I’ve kept the 39s, returned and been reimbursed for the 40s and settling down to getting used to them. They are a delightful shie, beautiful colour, and eventually I’m hoping they will be perfect. My advice? If you can get to the shop rather than buy online it would be better.
