If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

To clean calf leather habbot sneakers, we recommend Saphir sneaker cleaning solution on leather panels only. Scuffs on white soles can be cleaned with a clean white eraser.
