For 3 days only every habbot shoe will be reduced by up to 40%. That includes all our classic styles, never-to-be-repeated summer styles, plus - for the first time ever - our Italian leather handbags!
When is the sale on?
Prices will drop from 1pm Wednesday 21st February until 1pm Saturday 24th February AEDT. Some selected summer styles will remain at clearance prices after this date.
What shoes are included in the sale?
All shoes and handbags on our website will be reduced, with prices up to 40% off. Discounts vary across the range.
How can I get access to the sale?
Our Summer Clearance officially starts at 1pm Wednesday 21st February AEDT, so make sure you add a reminder to your calendar. Visit the sale page of our website to access the sale.

Is the Summer Clearance sale online only?
Yes, the sale is online only. Our Collingwood Studio Store will be closed for the duration of the sale event. We offer free shipping Australia-wide, plus free returns and exchanges, so your order is risk-free!

How do I make the most of habbot’s Summer Clearance?
A. SIGN UP TO OUR EMAILS
Our emails are already great: they're filled with habbot new product updates, back in stock alerts, shoe hacks, competitions and more. Plus you’ll get an email alert as soon as the sale starts. Sign up so you remember to jump online and secure your favourite styles before they sell out.
B. JOIN OUR SMS CLUB
If you don’t keep up with your emails, or you just don’t want to clutter up your inbox, good news - we have a habbot SMS Club! Add your mobile number to the Sign up page and we will send you a text alert once sale prices are live. Plus, you’ll get special SMS ONLY offers and discounts throughout the year - even better!
C. START ADDING TO CART
Loving lots of shoes on our website? Make sure you add them to your cart ahead of time, so that when the sale starts you are the very first in line to purchase your size! There’s limited sizes and quantities available, and popular styles sell out within hours. To avoid disappointment, pop them in your card now - meaning you simply ‘Check Out’ when the sale starts. This will help ensure you secure the pair you've had your eye on!
(But remember: Shoes in your cart are not reserved until you pass through the payment stage)
D. KNOW YOUR SIZE
If you’re an existing habbot customer you’ll already know your size. However, if you’re Melbourne-based and new to our brand (hello, welcome!) it can be helpful to pop into our Studio Store ahead of time for a try-on, to determine what size is best for you to order online. We’re located at 98 Wellington Street, Collingwood. And if you can’t make it into the store we offer free returns and exchanges on sale items, so you’ve got nothing to lose.
When I add shoes to my cart, does this prevent other people from purchasing them?
No. They only way to guarantee your shoe purchase is to proceed through the entire payment process. (Adding shoes to your cart does save you time at the checking out process and will improve your chances of being able to purchase the shoe when the sale prices go live.)
Why are shoes ‘disappearing’ from my cart after I have added them?
If the shoe has ‘sold out’ since you added it to your cart it will ‘disappear’ from your cart because it is no longer available. Alternatively, if the shoe is still available there are a few other reasons that may cause it to be removed from your cart after a short time, such as; You may be using a ‘private’ or ‘incognito’ browsing session on your phone/computer which will always refresh automatically and remove any stored items. Switch to regular browsing mode to rectify this. Items will not save in your cart across different devices/computers, so please ensure you’re not viewing your cart on a different computer/phone/ipad. Signing into your habbot account on the website may help retain items, and keeping the browser session open can also resolve these issues.
What if none of the above apply and I still keep losing items from my cart?
Settings vary across devices and there may be some instances we haven’t addressed in the above suggestions. Please bear in mind that this will not prevent you from successfully shopping the online sale, it will just mean that you may not be able to save the items within your cart for long periods of time.
If a style is getting restocked after the Sale, can I pre-pay for it at the sale price now?
Unfortunately not. We do not offer prepaid orders.
Can I return Sale items for exchange or refund?
Yes. If we have the available sizes you need we will happily exchange and send out to you for free. Or we are happy to offer full refund back onto the original payment method if you prefer.
Can I exchange my purchase for another shoe and still get the sale price?
No. An exchange is only considered a swap of the same shoe but in a different size. If the size you need is not available you will need to return for a refund and purchase the alternate shoe at the current price. (Many of our shoes will remain permanently discounted so you may still find a shoe you love that is on sale.)
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes, from our Collingwood studio store in Melbourne. Our address is 98 Wellington Street, Collingwood. Please note that during the sale event the store will be closed for in-store service. This means that while you can collect your shoes, we are unable to facilitate any try-ons.
You can collect them if you select ‘Click and Collect’ as the shipping method during the online checkout process. (Please remember to wait for the email to say your order is ready after you've received the order confirmation email.)
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (and return shipping) is free within Australia using Australia post. Express post within Australia incurs a $12.00 fee, and flat outbound shipping to New Zealand is $20.00 and rest of the world $35.00 (Note: International shipping may incur additional duties and taxes on arrival, and any return shipping from International orders must be paid for by the customer.)
Can I use my VIP offer, Birthday offer or Review discount code during the Sale?
Can I use a gift card during the Sale?
Yes. Purchased gift cards are considered ‘currency’ and can be applied to the gift card field during the checkout process.
When will my order ship?
Due to the volume of orders received during sale events, shipping delays may occur. For regular post, please allow up to a week before your order is shipped out of our Collingwood Studio Store. Express post orders are shipped on the same or next day.
