When is the sale on?

Sale pricing will be available to the general public from 1pm on Thursday 10th November, and will run until 1pm on Monday 14th November 2022.

What shoes are included in the sale?

We’re offering huge reductions on hundreds of styles - in fact, every shoe we have will be reduced!

Discounts include:

  • Every shoe in the habbot collection is reduced
  • Up to 50% off previous season styles
  • 110 limited edition ‘never-seen-before’ styles all at sale prices
  • Samples & last pairs as low as $90

How can I get early access to the sale?

Our warehouse sale officially starts at 1pm on Thursday 10th November, but we’re offering 24 hours early sale access exclusively to our habbot email subscribers. So make sure you sign up now to be first in line to get access to sale prices from 1pm Wednesday 9th November.

Shoes will go on sale on a private page of our website 24 hours before we open it up to the general public. When you sign up to become a habbot e-news subscriber we will email you the link to this private page directly.

What are the limited edition shoes?

Every year we release a limited edition collection that's been specially created just for this sale event. Our Italian makers have stunning offcut and end of run pieces of leather from their archives, and from these we create small ‘never-seen-before’ runs of shoes - that will also likely never be seen again!

This year we have 110 limited edition styles, all available at sale prices. In this collection are lots of unique and wonderful new styles, plus some bright new colourways of our best-selling styles that are perfect for summer.

Is the warehouse sale online only?

Yes. In years gone by the sale has been open to the public from our warehouse (hence the name), but COVID-19 restrictions meant we switched to online - and now that we know you love it, this is how the sale will continue. We offer free shipping Australia-wide, plus free returns and exchanges, so your order is risk-free!

Does habbot have a Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale?

No. If you want a discounted pair (or 5!) of habbots before Christmas, this is the time to jump online and purchase your picks.

Where can I view the sale shoes?

You can view every single sale shoe online right now, so check out our website to decide which are your favourites. Make sure you add them to your cart so that when the sale starts you are the very first in line to purchase your size! We have limited sizes and quantities available so putting them in your online cart ahead of time will help you make sure you secure the pair you've had your eye on!

How do I make the most of habbot’s online warehouse sale?


Our emails are already great: they're filled with habbot new product updates, back in stock alerts, shoe hacks, competitions and more. But it doesn’t end there - by joining the habbot family you also get exclusive early sale access. Sign up and we’ll email you a hidden link with access to the online warehouse sale 24 hours ahead of the general public.


Loving lots of shoes on our website? Add them to your cart before the sale. Sizes are limited and popular styles can sell out within hours. To avoid disappointment, pop them in your cart now - meaning you simply ‘Check Out’ when the sale starts, and they’re yours! (But remember: Shoes in your cart are not reserved until you pass through the payment stage). 


If you’re an existing habbot customer you’ll already know your size. However, if you’re Melbourne-based and new to our brand (hello, welcome!) it can be helpful to pop into our Studio Store ahead of time for a try-on, to determine what size is best for you to order online. We’re located at 2 Robert Street, Collingwood. And if you can’t make it into the store we offer free returns and exchanges on sale items, so you’ve got nothing to lose!

When I add shoes to my cart, does this prevent other people purchasing them?

No. They only way to guarantee your shoe purchase is to proceed through the entire payment process. (Adding shoes to your cart does save you time at the checking out process and will improve your chances of being able to purchase the shoe when the sale prices go live.)

Why are shoes ‘disappearing’ from my cart after I have added them?

If the shoe has ‘sold out’ since you added it to your cart it will ‘disappear’ from your cart because it is no longer available. Alternatively, if the shoe is still available there are a few other reasons that may cause it to be removed from your cart after a short time, such as; You may be using a ‘private’ or ‘incognito’ browsing session on your phone/computer which will always refresh automatically and remove any stored items. Switch to regular browsing mode to rectify this. Items will not save in your cart across different devices/computers, so please ensure you’re not viewing your cart on a different computer/phone/ipad. Signing into your habbot account on the website may help retain items, and keeping the browser session open can also resolve these issues.

What if none of the above apply and I still keep losing items from my cart?

Settings vary across devices and there may be some instances we haven’t addressed in the above suggestions. Please bear in mind that this will not prevent you from successfully shopping the online sale, it will just mean that you may not be able to save the items within your cart for long periods of time.

Can I visit the Collingwood studio store (2 Robert St, Collingwood) during this sale event?

Unfortunately, not. We are not able to fulfil the demand of online orders and offer great in-store customer service simultaneously due to the small size of our team, and the fact that both share the same stockholding. Our studio store will be closed from Wednesday 9th November and re-open on Tuesday 15th November. You can collect 'Click-and-Collect' orders during the sale event from the door at 2 Robert Street, Collingwood but you will not be able to try them on inside until we re-open the store on Tuesday.

If a style is getting re-stocked after the Sale event, can I pre-pay for it now at the sale price?

Unfortunately not. We do not offer prepaid orders.

Can I return Sale items for exchange or refund?

Yes. If we have the available sizes you need we will happily exchange and send out to you for free. Or we are happy to offer full refund back onto the original payment method if you prefer.

Can I exchange my purchase for another shoe and still get the sale price?

No. An exchange is only considered a swap of the same shoe but in a different size. If the size you need is not available you will need to return for a refund and purchase the alternate shoe at the current price. (Many of our shoes will remain permanently discounted so you may still find a shoe you love that is on sale.)

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping (and return shipping) is free within Australia using Australia post. Express post within Australia incurs a $12.00 fee, and flat outbound shipping to New Zealand is $20.00 and rest of the world $35.00 (Note: International shipping may incur additional duties and taxes on arrival, and any return shipping from International orders must be paid for by the customer.)

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes, from our Collingwood studio store in Melbourne. 2 Robert Street, Collingwood. Please note that during the sale event the store will be closed for in-store service so you will not be able to try-on your shoes during the actual days of the Sale event, but you can collect them if you select ‘click and collect’ as the shipping method during the online checkout process. (Please remember to wait for the email to say your order is ready after you've received the order confirmation email.)

Do I need a discount code to shop the Sale?

No. Sale prices will be reflected when the sale starts on each product page (in pink). This also applies during the 'early access' period of this Online Warehouse Sale event.

Can I use my VIP discount, Birthday voucher, or Review discount code during the Sale?

Unfortunately not.

Can I use a gift card during the Sale?

Yes. Purchased gift cards are considered ‘currency’ and can be applied to the gift card field during the checkout process.
