Orders under $450 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. Estimated delivery times are 3 – 7 days. Allow 3-7 days.

EXPRESS POST $15.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia. Allow 2-4 days within express post locations. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  $25.00 flat rate to New Zealand. $45.00 flat rate to all other international destinations. Allow 7-21 days. (Additional customs duties and taxes may be applied on arrival in your local region and are not included in this shipping fee.)

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from 100% Italian calf leather with metallic foil leather detailing. Protect both calf leather and metallics from water and stains by spraying with Universal water & stain protector. Metallic leathers can also be cleaned and nourished using Saphir delicate cream. Calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. To maintain calf leather uppers, a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish should be regularly applied. For the uppers of this shoe, habbot recommends our colour matched Saphir black shoe polish.
