Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Our patent leathers are suede based which provides a flexible fit that can easily be revived by applying our Saphir Neutral Patent Conditioner to both shine and protect against cracking over time.
We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.

A beautiful shoe. A rich colour that can be dressed up or down. True to size which I am a 37. A little tight to begin with which I find with all Habbot shoes, sometimes need to use a shoe strecher. The quality I cannot fault.
