Orders under $450 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. Estimated delivery times are 3 – 7 days from order.

EXPRESS POST $15.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia. Allow 2-4 days within express post locations. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  $25.00 flat rate to New Zealand. $45.00 flat rate to all other international destinations. Allow 7-21 days. (Additional customs duties and taxes may be applied on arrival in your local region and are not included in this shipping fee.)

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Refunds incur a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund and does not include the cost of any paid shipping. (Size exchange or credit note do not incur this charge.) 

Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

For lighter coloured nappa leathers, habbot recommends the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry and discoloured leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof. We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.

The perfect pink loafer I didn’t know I needed

I wasn’t expecting to love these as much as I do, but they’re absolutely gorgeous in person. The blush-pink leather is soft and elegant, and the bold red detailing gives them just the right amount of personality without being loud. They’re beautifully made, super comfortable from the first wear, and add a little lift to even the simplest outfit. I’ve already had compliments! If you want something refined with a playful twist, these are a winner.

Viva Blue Loafers.

I have a bunion on my left foot which can make shoe fitting difficult, however after feeling a little tight to begin with they were fine and I look forward to wearing them with skirts or jeans during the cooler months. As usual the finish is beautiful. I wear a size 39.

Beautiful viva pink.

Very pretty shoes. I have worn them with jeans and a pink linen shirt and a red and pink silk scarf. I have received lots of compliments about these shoes. I take a size 38 and my feet are a bit wide across the toes. These shoes are perfect if you have a wider foot. If you are a size 38 with a narrow foot you will be fine with the lovely inner soles Habbot provide. Viva is a very comfortable, classy shoe and I'm delighted with my purchase.
