If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from 100% Italian nappa leather. For fine nappa leather, habbot recommends the application of Saphir Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.

We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.
