Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge.  Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a made from a a combination of soft textured Italian metallic leather and calf leather. Do not rub or buff metallic leathers to clean. Any habbot shoe that includes a textured metallic finish can be lightly sprayed using Saphir Combination Leather Spray. Use lightly to avoid dulling. Scuffs on white calf leather panels can be cleaned with a clean white eraser. Alternatively, calf leather panels can be cleaned with Saphir sneaker cleaning solution.
