If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from a combination of suede leather and textile with metallic leather detailing. To protect this mixed leather and textile footwear style, habbot recommends weather regularly proofing using Saphir Water Protector Spray. Not all sprays are created equal. We recommend Saphir water protector spray because its chemical composition will not affect the look or integrity of textile, suede or metallic finishes. Its advanced nanotechnology formula also offers a high level of defence against water and stains while allowing leather to breathe. Do not vigorously rub or buff metallic leathers to clean.
