If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Refunds incur a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund and does not include the cost of any paid shipping. (Size exchange or credit note do not incur this charge.)
Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. We recommend a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish to maintain colour and offer a protective barrier from everyday wear. For the uppers of this shoe, habbot recommends our Saphir neutral shoe polish.

I bought these shoes in the bright green colour way last year so was pleased to see them come out in this vivid lilac colour. They are a good width for my bunion foot, provide stability when walking and the colour is versatile and can be worn with many outfits. I initially was doubtful about their ability to stay on my feet due to the lack of elastic fitting on either side, but they do stay without slipping, although I have added in an extra inner sole for my smaller foot with the green pair (strangely not needed in the lilac).

I purchased size 39 which were way too big. Exchanged for a 38 which fitted well on my right foot but not the left (which is smaller than my right). There was a difference in the width across the instep of the shoes. The left being narrower than the right. So a bit disappointed.

Despite initial reservations, I purchased these …and am so glad I was sufficiently bold to do so. The colour is bright and cheery and the shoes are so spongy, lightweight and supportive. They are very comfortable. You can feel the comfort on each step.

These shoes are funky, fun and comfortable. Great quality, great colour with the splash of pink, great style.
