HOW TO ORDER


Step 1 - Selecting Items
Go to our 'On-line Shop' and browse through the entire collection or narrow down your selection by sorting by product category. By clicking on the shoe images you will be taken through to our detailed Product pages where you can find out more information about that style and select the colour and size you wish to purchase.

Step 2 - Adding to Shopping Cart
Once you have decided on the colour and size you wish to order click the 'add to cart' button. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page. You can easily remove items from your shopping cart.

If you wish to keep shopping, click on ‘back to on-line shop’ or go to ‘check out’ if you have completed your order (after adding any promo codes and your chosen shipping method).

Step 3 - Contact/Shipping details
Fill in your correct details and follow the prompts, please make sure you fill in the fields marked with an asterisk*.

Once completed, click on the 'submit'

Step 4 - Order Confirmation & Payment
Shortly after you submit your order will receive an order confirmation email from us letting you know we have received your order, and that your credit card/PayPal account has been charged.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER


If you need to cancel your order please send an email to us immediately at info@habbostudios.com and we will cancel the order before it is dispatched (usually same day as order placement). If order has already been dispatched, then the shoes will need to be returned as per 'Returns & Exchange' policy.

CHANGING YOUR CUSTOMER DETAILS


Simply log into your account using your email address and password, and you will be able to change/edit your personal information in your account profile.

SIZING


All habbot shoes are sized in European women’s sizing. A general comparison between other sizing systems is shown below.

FLEXIBITY OF MATERIALS


When glove leather or suede is used, considerable ‘give’ will occur after 2-3 wears if your feet apply pressure on a particular part of the shoe. Keep in mind that the length of a shoe will never increase with wear, only the width/girth.

When patent leather is used, the ‘give’ effect will still occur, but usually takes 3-4 wears to take effect.

FULL & HALF SIZES


Some styles are available in both full and half sizes, and other in full sizes only. This is dependent on the type of shoe, and the quantity in which the shoe was made. If the size you require does not appear in the size selection menu of a specific style then unfortunately that size is not available. If we are planning to remake the style you may request a 'pre-order'. If not, you can add your details to our 'wait list' and we will notify you if we decide to remake the style.

SIZE WIDTH


All habbot styles are made in medium ‘b’ width. This width does vary slightly between different shoes styles due to their individual shape, and heel height. Refer to the 'size' tab on each style to find additional sizing information.

SOLD OUT ITEMS


Most styles are only made once, so if an item is sold out unfortunately it is unlikely to be re-filled.

All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

It very rarely happens, but if our stock system is incorrect, and we are unable to fill your order, you will be notified via email and refunded in full.

WAIT LIST


You are welcome to register interest for items that have sold-out on the website and may be remade in the future. You will receive an email notification if they are remade and arrive in stock and become available to purchase. To register your interest in a coming item simply click the 'wait list' button. (There is no obligation to purchase the items.)

Wait listed items will not be reserved for customers. The function serves as a list of email alert recipients only.

PRE-ORDER

You are welcome to pre-order items that have sold-out on the website and are being remade. You will receive an email when they arrive in stock and are ready to be dispatched. To place a pre-order simply click the 'pre-order' button and proceed as per usual ordering process.

EMAIL UPDATES


Sign up to receive occasional emails about new collections, stock deliveries, and special events. (Your email can easily be removed from this list by unsubscribing at any time).

CURRENCY


All purchases made from the habbot studios on-line store will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

However, we can offer you an estimated price equivalent in your chosen major currency by clicking on the 'change currency' button. This converted price is based on the exchange rates taken from www.xe.com.

This conversion is only an estimate, as the actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit card company.

PAYMENT METHODS


Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard.

Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled - a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.

By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. This is especially relevant for overseas orders.

All credit card transactions on habbot studios on-line store are processed using eWay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts data obtained from customers using Ingrian Devices to provide the highest level of protection available. Ingrian devices provide tamper-resistant protection of cryptographic keys to ensure encrypted data is kept private and secure.
