If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. We recommend a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish to maintain colour and offer a protective barrier from everyday wear. For the uppers of this shoe, habbot recommends our colourless Saphir neutral shoe polish.
