Orders under $450 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. Estimated delivery times are 3 – 7 days. Allow 3-7 days.
EXPRESS POST $15.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia. Allow 2-4 days within express post locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING $25.00 flat rate to New Zealand. $45.00 flat rate to all other international destinations. Allow 7-21 days. (Additional customs duties and taxes may be applied on arrival in your local region and are not included in this shipping fee.)
FREE PICK-UP is available from our Collingwood studio store located at 98 Wellington Street, Collingwood. Simply select the 'pick-up' delivery option during the checkout process.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.
