If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for an exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days for Full Price and Sale items. Return shipping within Australia is Free of charge. Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is a combination of suede with a calf leather detailing on the heel. Suede is a hard wearing yet supple leather finish which benefits from regular maintenance. Habbot recommends weather proofing this footwear style using our Saphir Water Protector Spray. Maintain the finish of the suede surface by brushing any scuff marks or dry substances with a specialised Suede Crepe Brush.

The massi sandal is versatile and I can wear it day or night.
The heel lifts the look of shoe but is super comfortable as are all my habbot shoes. A beautiful sandal which will well worn!

Love my Masi blue heels. They are divinely comfortable for my aging feet and the heel treatment is perfect. The suede strapping is very pretty on your feet and the elasticated heel strap is strong and holds you in tremendously for a great ride!
The quality is up there and they feel like love at first sight…….. thank you for making beautifully crafted magical shoes.👠
