If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Refunds incur a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund and does not include the cost of any paid shipping. (Size exchange or credit note do not incur this charge.)
Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Calf leather is strong yet soft and benefits from regular maintenance. We recommend a light yet nourishing natural beeswax based polish to maintain colour and offer a protective barrier from everyday wear. For the uppers of this shoe, habbot recommends our Saphir black shoe polish.
