Orders under $450 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.95. Estimated delivery times are 3 – 7 days from order.

EXPRESS POST $15.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia. Allow 2-4 days within express post locations. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING  $25.00 flat rate to New Zealand. $45.00 flat rate to all other international destinations. Allow 7-21 days. (Additional customs duties and taxes may be applied on arrival in your local region and are not included in this shipping fee.)

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Refunds incur a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund and does not include the cost of any paid shipping. (Size exchange or credit note do not incur this charge.) 

Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

This shoe is made from a gloss finish nappa kid leather. For fine kid leather, habbot recommends the application of Saphir Neutral Conditioner to revitalise dry leather as well as to gently clean, nourish and lightly weather proof.

We recommend using a soft Chamois cloth for product application.
