EXPRESS POST $15.00 flat rate for all express post orders within Australia. Allow 2-4 days within express post locations.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING $25.00 flat rate to New Zealand. $45.00 flat rate to all other international destinations. Allow 7-21 days. (Additional customs duties and taxes may be applied on arrival in your local region and are not included in this shipping fee.)

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods ordered from our web store you may send them back for a size exchange, credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of your order for full price and sale items. Refunds incur a $10 processing fee which will be deducted from your refund and does not include the cost of any paid shipping. (Size exchange or credit note do not incur this charge.)
Please always try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid damage to the soles until you're certain they are the right fit for you. If you need to return your shoes for a refund or exchange please return them in a saleable condition, this includes the original and undamaged shoe boxes, buckles done up, paper inserted, laces tied and soles unmarked.

Suede is a supple leather finish which benefits from regular maintenance. Habbot recommends weather proofing your suede footwear regularly using our Saphir Water Protector Spray. Maintain the finish of the suede surface by brushing any scuff marks or dry substances with a specialised Suede Crepe Brush.
